OPERATIONS
RHA is a fast paced, constantly moving production environment that is rooted in standardized work and lean manufacturing practices. Through the use of a repetitive processing, our Team Members can consistently produce to the daily demands of our customers as well as ensuring excessive inventory has not been made.
QUALITY
Our Quality department strives to be the best, ensuring that every team member fully understands the requirements of our customers to deliver products that satisfy these requirements at a defect free level.
PRODUCTION CONTROL
The Production Control department streamlines the work process to ensure that non-value added cost are driven out, and that our Customers accurately receive their orders in a timely fashion.

Reyes Hayashi Automotive has the unique privilege to be located on-site in San Antonio, Texas at the Toyota Plant campus. This allows RHA to work hand-in-hand with fellow Team Members from Toyota to provide the parts they need to produce the Tundra and Tacoma pickup trucks with the highest in class quality in the least possible amount of time.
